1. What we collect

When you search for flights we store your search criteria (route, dates, passengers) to operate the service and improve route coverage. When you book, we collect passenger details required by airlines: names, dates of birth, gender, contact details, and — where required by the airline or destination — travel document details.

2. Payment data

Card payments are processed by Duffel Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your full card number never reaches our servers.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your flight bookings with airlines
• To send booking confirmations and service messages
• To provide customer support
• To meet legal and security obligations

4. Sharing

Passenger data is shared with our travel technology provider (Duffel) and the operating airlines solely to fulfil your booking. We never sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Booking records are retained as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Search data is retained in aggregate to improve the service.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
