1. Who we are

AlbanianTravel.com ("we", "us") operates an online flight booking platform focused on travel between the United States and Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro. Flights are provided by the operating airlines; we act as a booking intermediary.

2. Prices and availability

All fares shown are live prices returned by airlines at the moment of search. Fares are not guaranteed until a booking is completed and payment is confirmed. Airlines may withdraw or reprice fares at any time before ticketing; if this happens you will always see the updated price before paying.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment partner, Duffel Payments. We do not store or process your full card details on our servers. Your payment is charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

4. Tickets, changes and cancellations

Tickets are issued under the fare rules of the operating airline. Change and refund permissions, and any penalties, are shown with each fare where the airline provides them. Contact us for assistance with changes or cancellations.

5. Travel documents

You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers hold valid travel documents (passports, visas, transit permissions) for their full journey. Passenger names must match the travel document exactly.

6. Liability

Carriage is subject to the operating airline's conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, delays or cancellations, though we will assist you in resolving them.
